MDE-A SPRINT NEV
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT RECEIPT

1. MDEK requires receipt of the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000.) from customer as a deposit towards purchase of one MDE-A SPRINT under the following conditions:

2. MDEK is presently manufacturing the sprint vehicles in Poughkeepsie New York. Reservations for purchase of the SPRINT NEV are taken to assure reasonable delivery time. Deposits are required to commence construction of the SPRINT NEV according to the customer’s optional equipment.

3. Selling price of the basic model MDE-A SPRINT is indicated below as well as the optional equipment listed.

4. The deposit is fully refundable if customer wishes to cancel order. Customer shall notify MDEK in writing of such cancellation at which time MDEK shall refund the deposit within ten days to customer.

5. MDEK will notify customer at customer’s address at such time as the SPRINT becomes available for purchase in accordance with customer’s reservation number. If customer does not respond within ten days from receipt of such notice, MDEK may proceed with sale of the SPRINT to a party whose reservation number follows that of customer, in which case MDEK shall immediately refund customer’s deposit.

6. If customer decides to proceed with purchase of the SPRINT, the customer’s deposit shall be applied to the final purchase price.
