As indicated in Part C, Phase-4, 'Build Cost Initial Production SV Vehicle' the low cost non-miliary production vehicle price would allow purchase by private industry, urban municipalities, public agencies, state and national public parks, law enforcement agencies, environmental agencies, private securities firms, etc. Some of these customers may not require all of the sensory system detectors thus reducing the purchase price even more. For example, a private industrial security firm may not require a nuclear radiation detector or a laser range finder, thereby vastly reducing the purchase price.
