MDEK Inc. is an engineering and manufacturing company dedicated to advanced technology transportation systems. Owner and President Rick Manak MS is a mechanical engineer having more than forty years background in the aerospace, hydro-space and transportation technology systems areas. In the proprietary technology sector MDEK manufactures a series of personal electric vehicles equipped with the patented proprietary stability control system. These MDE-A Series vehicles have been in production for more than five years, MDEK.COM features these cars.
The MDE-SV Electric Surveillance Vehicle incorporates the same MDE-A system for electronic control of acceleration, speed, deceleration, steering and braking. All mechanical and electronic system components for the MDE-A and -SV vehicles are industrial grade at minimum and mil spec grade at maximum. SV is electric powered and has no gas or diesel engine, hence no exhaust fumes, and no hydraulic brake system. Therefore all controls are electric interfaced providing for a light weight, exhaust free, odor free, sound free and a quickly maneuverable surveillance vehicle.

The Omnitech Robotics STS Standardized Teleportation System/Standardized Robotic System provides for total remote and autonomous control of the MDE-SV Surveillance Vehicle. The system controls power, speed, steering, braking of the vehicle - and controls pan/scan of four multiplexed white light/IR cameras, operation of the surveillance elevation arm (SEA), the GPS and COMPASS system, the eyesafe laser range finder/designator, teleportation data from the toxic gas, hazardous biological agent and radiological detectors.
The front cowling mounted camera turns with the front wheels and provides the distant operator with a 'road' view of the SV.
All of these fifteen operating modes are controlled from the distant Omnitech Operator Control Unit (OCU).
